stamp purchase by way of apple iTunes

purchased stamps through apple iPhone app and paid via of iTunes. however, the extra stamps purchased in order to exchange for better services mysteriously did not download. my jiayuan account stops at a certain stamp number and now those paid stamps just sit in my purchase history of my iTunes account. i wonder if those stamps will ever be downloaded or just lost money.
